Bellin Health, ThedaCare and independent physicians comprise its membership. Presently, Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners has nearly 630 physicians and six major health facilities in its network. Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners was formed to bring a unique, high-quality, integrated health care network to northeast Wisconsin. Working with insurance carriers and employers Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners provides access to outstanding health care providers dedicated to delivering higher quality for a better value.

We believe the traditional model of health care financing is broken. With a new focus on value, Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners’ contracting model relies on shared clinical information, best-in-class clinical outcomes, and a team approach which emphasizes disease prevention.  We believe these changes are crucial if we want to coordinate care, improve results and tame the high cost of health care.
