Frequently Asked Questions

What if a Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners provider does not meet expected quality results?

Most poor outcomes are the result of poor processes, not individuals. We continuously strive to improve our processes to meet our quality goals. Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners’ Quality Committee and Medical Director work with providers who do not meet the expectations in order to improve their outcomes.  If a provider fails to improve and cannot meet our high quality standards, the provider will be removed from Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners’ provider network.

How does Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners differ from the existing health care networks?

  • Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners providers have a strong history of working together to improve quality. All Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners providers are required to participate in our clinical quality measures, report health care outcomes and evaluate the delivery of care.
  • Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners’ Quality Committee and Medical Director are responsible for ensuring performance benchmarks and clinical efficiency requirements are met.
