Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners is a network of providers that covers 12 counties. Two major health systems, Bellin Health and ThedaCare; eight major healthcare facilities; and nearly 700 physicians make up the network.

Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners was formed in early 2008 to bring a unique high-quality product to Northeast Wisconsin. Members of Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners have come together to create value through quality improvement, efficiency of care provided and an approach which emphasizes life long health. Our physicians have a strong history of working together to greatly improve quality through a formerly owned health plan, Touchpoint. They instituted disease management processes and preventive systems to earn #1 ranking in the nation from National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) based on HEDIS scores. After the sale of Touchpoint, the network desired to continue to work on becoming world-class clinical quality leaders, and created the Bellin-ThedaCare Healthcare Partners organization.
